Returns Policy

Classic American Lifestyle accepts exchanges and returns on full priced and regular sale merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receipt. 
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

 TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:

  • Products must be in brand new, unworn condition. 
  • Original manufacturer's packaging and contents must be returned and in the same condition as received.
  • Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the manufacturer's packaging. You may reuse your original shipping box/poly mailer or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  • All tags, labels and stickers must remain attached to the product.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Classic American Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received does not meet the above criteria. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Classic American Lifestyle does not provide return shipping labels. Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sam Steven)
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Sam Steven.

Shipping

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and payment authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.  

*Holidays excluded.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for payment authorization.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Classic American Lifestyle, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
